Exceptional Peacock Bass and Arawanas fishing in the Amazon Jungle.
The Aracu Fishing lodge is on the Sucunduri River. This adventure is a quality lodging experience in the Amazon Jungle targeting Peacock Bass, Arawanas, Wolf Fish, and other species. It is prevalent to catch dozens of 5+lb fish daily with the chance of larger fish exceeding 10-15lbs.
The Sucunduri’s large river offers varieties of locations to target these fish. Many anglers find the challenge of sight fishing for Arawanas along the white sandy flats to be the highlight experience on the trip. Anglers can pursue these fish using fly and conventional tackle. These are aggressive, powerful fish that are plentiful in these waters. Come prepared for aggressive fish that want to explode on their prey and provide a war of attrition.

The season is September thru November.
Full Week 7 Nights/ 6 1/2 Days fishing.
$4900 per angler.
Accommodations
The Aracu Fishing lodge offers all the luxuries of home in the Amazon jungle. The cabins are air-conditioned, and the food is exceptional Brazilian fare.
Logistics
These will always vary per customer, and we are happy to help with this with each customer.
MAO Airport. Plan to arrive in Manaus, Brazil, on Saturday. Stay Saturday night in Manaus (Lodging included). Fly out Sunday morning via Floatplane to Aracu Fishing Lodge, a 1.5-hour flight (included in price). Fish Sunday afternoon thru the following weekend. Sunday morning, fly to Manaus (included in price).
